Improving Experimental Design through Uncertainty Analysis

In this paper, the development of a fission-gas collecting and physical-analysis-enabling instrument was proposed for small-volume determination. Analysis specifications require design capable accurately repeatably determining volumes in range 0.07–2.5 mL. This system relies on series gas expansions originating from cylinder with known internal volume. The combined law is used to derive unknown these expansions.
